What we offer
Goriška gnocchi is a dish that appears many times on the menu in our region. Some people have made gnocchi with butter and breadcrumbs or good homemade salsa. Of course, whichever was possible. Today's gnocchi, however, dictate different tastes.
Goriška gnocchi are made with potatoes of the Marabel variety, flour from the Katič mill, Budin eggs, added butter from the Planika dairy and home- grown sage. And of course, there's no shortage of salt! At different times of the year, we take you to the delicious flavours of locally harvested ingredients such as asparagus, chives, basil, tomatoes, porcini mushrooms...
The Gnocchi House treats you to gnocchi all year round. We complement this unforgettable culinary experience with excellent local wines.
